Orders may be purchased using a MasterCard ® /VISA
or American Express Credit Cards.
For increased online security and protection, all credit
card information will be transmitted using Secure Socket
Layer (SSL) via a secure server. Please refer to our Privacy
and Security Policy for complete details. When using a credit
card that is issued outside of Canada, all transactions
will be settled in Canadian dollars at an exchange rate
determined by the issuing institution at the time of payment
settlement. It is necessary for you to correctly enter your
credit card number and address that appears on your credit
card statement. For security, it will be necessary for you
to enter this information for each shopping checkout. Please
ensure that this information is accurate. Purchase totals
will appear on the Order Confirmation e-mail. You will receive
a Shipping Confirmation e-mail that lists the items shipped.
Only amounts delivered will be charged to your credit card
account.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
At BBM we insist upon your complete satisfaction with the
quality and performance of all your product purchases. If
for any reason you are not satisfied, simply call us for
return authorization for a full refund. Then all you will
need to do is pay to ship the product back to us within
7 days. There is no refund of the original shipping charges.

Some items shown may require assembly. In its sole discretion,
in addition to any other rights or remedies available to
BBM and without any liability whatsoever, BBM. at any time
and without notice may terminate or restrict your access
to any component of bbmbattery.com.
PRIVACY
You have read the BBM Privacy Policy, the terms
of which appear on bbmbattery.com and are incorporated into
these Terms and Conditions, and agree that the terms of
such policy are reasonable. You consent to the use of your
personal information by BBM in accordance with the terms
of and for the purposes set forth in the BBM Privacy Policy.
FEEDBACK
BBM enables visitors to bbmbattery.com to provide
BBM. with feedback by e-mail or otherwise (“Customer
Content”). If you provide Customer Content, you grant
BBM a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable,
and fully sublicencable right to use, delete, reproduce,
modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works
from, distribute, and display such Customer Content throughout
the world in any media, now known or hereafter developed,
and you waive any and all moral rights in the Customer Content.
You also grant BBM. the right to use the name you submit
with the Customer Content, if any, in connection with BBM.

PRICING
All prices are quoted and payable in Canadian dollars. Prices
posted on bbmbattery.com may differ from those in store.
The bbmbattery.com offers limited-time sales values, special
buys and items at the BBM regular everyday low prices. Regular
prices shown are the prices at which the products have been
sold as of the date of issuance indicated. Due to competitive
market pressures, prices are subject to change. BBM reserves
the right to correct, at any time, any pricing errors.
RISK OF LOSS
Any products purchased from bbmbattery.com are delivered
to you by a third party Delivery Company, pursuant to a
shipping contract. The risk of loss for such products passes
to the purchaser at the time of delivery by BBM to the third
party shipper.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES
If a product is defective, the manufacturer’s warranty
applies. If none is specified, BBM offers a one-year warranty
on most products.
PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All returns and product exchanges of new, unused and not
custom/special ordered products must be processed at BBM.
Simply return the product, in its original condition and
packaging; with the official sales receipt you received
with our purchase. For warranty claims, please see the section
of these Terms and Conditions entitled “Product Warranties”.

Parties be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or

MAXIMUM LIABILITY
If, notwithstanding the foregoing, BBM or any of the Third
Parties should be found liable for any loss or damage which
arise out of or is in any way connected with any of the

liability of BBM. and the Third Parties shall in no event
exceed in the aggregate CAD $250.
INDEMNIFICATION
You shall indemnify and save harmless BBM and the Third
Parties and their officers, directors, employees, consultants,
representatives and agents from and against any claim, cause
of action or demand, including without limitation reasonable
legal, accounting and other professional fees, brought as
a result of your use of bbmbattery.com.

investigation or verification by BBM or the Third Parties

RELATIONSHIPS
The relationship between BBM and you will be that
of independent contractors, and neither of us nor any of
our respective officers, agents or employees will he held
or construed to be partners, joint ventures, fiduciaries,
employees or agents of the other as a result of these Terms
and Conditions or use of bbmbattery.com.
GOVERNING LAW
The laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada shall govern
this Agreement and its performance. You consent and submit
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the
City of Toronto, in the Province of Ontario, Canada, in
all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of shopnontoxic.com
and these Terms and Conditions.
MODIFICATION
bbmbattery.com reserves the right to, without notice,
make changes to shopnontoxic.com, including without limitation
with respect to products offered, product information, availability,
content and pricing, and may at any time modify the Terms
and Conditions of use of shopnontoxic.com. Your continued
