Return Policy

At BBM. we insist upon your complete satisfaction with the quality and performance of all your product purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply call us for return authorization for a full refund. Then all you will need to do is pay to ship the product back to us within 7 days. There is no refund of the original shipping charges.

Flat fee $8 for shipping under 7 lbs will be apply in Canada and US.

For orders over 7 lbs - there may be an additional charge. You will be contacted for authorization.
